Sarah helped me refinance after my Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I was told that I could refi after my BK was completed. Then I began the search and was being told that it was not possible to refi for at least 2 years. I was very disappointed. I had a message from Paramount Equity and decided to call them back, but not very hopeful. The man who left me the message was not available, so the operator put me in touch with Sarah. I explained my situation and Sarah told me she would research my loan and call me back. Sarah called me back the next day and told me that I was able to proceed with the refinance, due to the type of loan I had. She sent me a list of all of the paperwork needed, I had everything back to her within a week. A few days later, she had my new loan in escrow. I have purchased and refinanced my home a few time and this was, by far, the most pleasant experience.
